Applying filter on a dimension in a dual axis to show Top N by Measure for comparison

      Hi All,

I'm new to Tableau community and would like to get your help to solve the below problem.

I have a visual created to show the distinct count of values (CID) across 3 different dimensions (Type in Row shelf, Cat & Auto Flag in column shelf). I wanted to show the comparison of it in the same graph applying filter condition such that the filter should impact only on the dual axis.

Eg. I wanted to show a side by side comparison on the measure CNTD(CID) with a filter applied on the dimension VID such that VID's displays the measure for top 2 based on sum(billed).

When i tried to create the filter the filter is applied on the whole graph and im not able to achieve the side by side comparison based on Auto Flag.

I have attached the packaged workbook with sample data for details. Please advise
