Ashish, thanks for the response. Unfortunately it's not a formatting issue. Notice my screenshot, I already have it set to 1 decimal place, as it shows "16.0". I'm trying to set the value to 16.4 and it is not allowing me to do so.
It feels like the issue may be that your y-axis is [Number of Records] which is a whole number,
and doesn't seem to allow a fractional reference line, despite the formatting.
Is there another way you could get a count such that you could use some kind of sum to get a decimal value?
I'm not sure if what I used in the attached will work for your data, or if it will work with your boxplots,
but I tried something like:
WINDOW_SUM(SUM(IF NOT(ISNULL([State])) THEN 1.0 ELSE 0.0 END))
That seemed to allow an axis that I could format with one decimal place and also put in a fractional reference line.
