    Creating a slopped reference line

    Eliran Epshtein

      Hi Everybody,

After looking at some related discussions about how to create a slopped reference line, I've seen different creative solutions but neither fits my simple case.

All I'm trying to do is to create a slopped reference line in a scatter plot (so I could compare it with my linear trend line) where: {cost}= 0 +1*{estimated_cost}; (i.e. excess cost=zero).

I've tried creating a calculated field that turned out to be a T/F type, switched it to a continuous number and added it as a reference line but it didn't work.

      Any other creative suggestions?

      thanks,

      Eliran
