First you need to pivot your data by doing following thing because tableau works on row-wise data. Select all the columns which are highlighted in black box. Then right click and select "Pivot" option.
Once you transform the data it will look like this.
Create a calculated field as below which will help you to create dates using which you can plot trend lines. Name it as years.
MAKEDATE(INT(RIGHT([Pivot field names],4)),01,01)
Then arrange the pills as per below screenshot. You will get the desired result.
Put Years in columns, Pivot Field Values in Rows and put company in the colors section.
