1. You should be able install 9.3 and 9.2 side by side but, to avoid confusion I'd uninstall 9.2 after you verify that 9.3 works fine for you.
2. I don't completely understand your question about multiple of something but yes, you can use union with Tableau Public 9.3.
3. I'm getting this when I launch Tableau Public 9.2.9 plus in the bottom left corner there's that orange "Update to 9.3 Now" banner.
Hi Dmitry, thank-you for your quick reply.
Regarding question 2, basically what I am asking is: In version 9.2 I could never "connect" multiple sheets of excel data. I could only ever work with ONE sheet. So lets say on excel Sheet1 I had the social security number of a person and their first name, second name. On excel Sheet2, I have social security number, ***, age.
In 9.2 I could never "connect" these two sheets of data. In 9.3 is this possible?
yes. You can merge two sheets in tableau 9.3
We have to get clear on terminology here - does "connect" for you mean "join" or "union"?
In simple terms, do you want do add more columns or more rows from the 2nd sheet?
