    wrong data calculation

    Anh Ho

      Hi all,

I have this table (call it Table 1)

which is a combination of these following table

      Table 2:

      Table 3:

As you can see when adding up, some of the numbers are not right:

      For example:

      - Br code B:

        + May 2015, table 1 shows 19, but adding up table 2 and 3 we get 20.

        + May 2016, table 1 shows 52 but adding up table 2 and 3 we get 54

      - Br code C, June 2015, table 1 shows 47, but adding up table 2 and 3 we get 49

      and so on.

Since table 2 and 3 are duplicated copy of table 1 and filter out some elements, I wonder what is wrong here. There is no calculation involved, just filters.

Can anyone help me fix these problem? Thank you

Without knowing data AND calculations behind these tables it's pretty much impossible to answer your question.

My wild guesses would be either rounding or overlapping filters.

Try going to Analysis > View Data menu and selecting "Underlying Data" tab - perhaps that will give you a better understanding of how data was put together?
