Creating a set based on the objects of your case calculated field will allow you to include all values but unknown. Then, drag the set into the filter shelf and "show all." All values in the set will be visible, but any values not in the set (aka the unknown value) will not be visible by the end user.
Thanks for the swift reply.
I am using this filter in multiple dashboards and worksheet. I tried this set concept but i am not able to apply this values for selected worksheets, I mean I am not able to see all the sheets in the selected worksheet popup. So I am not able to select the work sheets which i want to use this filter.
Not sure I gather what you mean. You should be able to apply sets just like another other dimension or measure, across multiple tabs or dashboards. Are you able to post a copy of your workbook for a closer look?
I am not position to attache the workbook here. So I have attached the images below. Please refer the below images.
First image is filter if I select Apply to Worksheets ----> Selected worksheets in this I am seeing more worksheets.
But second image is the set if I select Apply to Worksheets ----> Selected worksheets in this I am seeing only few worksheets.
Can you please help me here
