How to surpress values on a graph to take account of an outlier

I am very new to tableau.  I have a graph that has dual axis.  It shows the amount of income generate for different categories and the average for that particular category.  One of the averages, however, is very large compared to the rest i.e. £54m compared to the next nearest value of  around £15m.  What this means is that the majority of my graph is squeezed at the bottom making it hard to see the values.  Is there a way to supress the middle values of the graph so that is starts at say 0 goes up to £20M, then has a small gap and starts again at £50M?
