Hi David, one thing to try is to clear the browser cache (I know it's a long shot given that this occurs across multiple machines, but try it on one of the machines exhibiting the problem).
On the machines with problems, what browsers have been tried?
One more thing to try: open the developer tools (usually F12 if you're running a browser on Windows). Repro the problem. Are there errors in the Console tab?

no luck after clearing the cache either.
On my win7 machine I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE.
And, no errors on the console tab either. Just green "OK" the whole way down.
It sounds like you're on the network tab, not the console tab. Can you take another look?
Is there any pattern that would explain why some machines have the problem while others don't? For example, physical location, network location, firewall setting, etc.
