I hope you know shared drives in office environment in those drive there will be many folders and files each folder will be department wise and they will have access different department users for different department. I need to generate a report where in ineed to list all the folders in the shared drive and also what kind of permissions they have like read write or modify, and owner of the folder.

what kind of data you have?
how it is stored?
There may be a disconnect here. The issue presented in your question appears a question about how to generate the data for reporting rather than a question about using Tableau to create a report from that data. If you can bring an example data set to this community showing the usernames, folders, etc.. of interest and have an idea of the sort of report output desired in Tableau then we can be more helpful.
