    Show number of calls with a range and % of total

      I am trying to show the number of calls: > 59, 60-89, 90-119, 120+, AND their respective percentage within that range. (see attachment)

          Are trying to do something like this

          If so then you can use below calculations.

          Make all these measures to discrete and drag it to row shelf after call Id.

            Hi Tangy,

            1. Create your buckets by call time.  [Call Duration Bucket]

             

             

             

            IF [# of Minutes] < 60 THEN '0-59'

            ELSEIF [# of Minutes] >= 60 and [# of Minutes] < 90 THEN '60-89'

            ELSEIF [# of Minutes] >= 90 and [# of Minutes] < 120 THEN '90-119'

            ELSE '120+' END

             

            2.  Create Fixed LOD for the field you just created which counts # of calls.  [Calls by Bucket]

             

            { FIXED [Call Duration Bucket] : COUNT([Call ID]) }

             

            3.  You can get the % of Total using a table calc on [Calls by Bucket] or create another measure. [% of Total]

             

            [Calls by Bucket] / {FIXED : COUNT([Call ID])}
