    Quadrant Analysis

    Budi Lubis

      Hi All...

I am following an example of quadrant analysis at the following link Create a Quadrant Chart | Tableau Software, in which it uses a calculated field to differentiate the color for each quadrant.

IF Sum([Sales]) >= [Sales Parameter] AND Sum([Profit]) >= [Profit Parameter] THEN "Upper Right"

ELSEIF Sum([Sales]) >= [Sales Parameter] AND Sum([Profit]) < [Profit Parameter] THEN "Upper Left"

ELSEIF Sum([Sales]) < [Sales Parameter] AND Sum([Profit]) >= [Profit Parameter] THEN "Lower Right"

ELSEIF Sum([Sales]) < [Sales Parameter] AND Sum([Profit]) < [Profit Parameter] THEN "Lower Left"

      END

I am trying to create a simple report to show the revenue distribution by quadrant.  Somehow every time I drag the calculated field to either column or row, it only shows one of the member "Upper Right" instead all 4 quadrant.

Any clue?  I am attaching the model based on Sample - Superstore.

Thank you in advanced for the help!
