Divide by Filter Rather then Total

In my data set, users are grouped by their install date. For each user we track if then logged on the next day, the day after that and so forth.

      User_ID
      Platform ID

      Day of Install

      Login Dates
      12323523u940301/1/20161/1/2016
      1/2/2016
      1/4/2016
      43634645745291/2/2016

      1/2/2016

      1/3/2016
      1/10/2016

I've created a calculation that tells me how many users (as a % of the SUM(Day of Install) ) came back on each day.

      `COUNT([Clean Login Date])/SUM({FIXED [Install Cohort]: COUNTD([Device Token])})`

The problem is when I filter by `Platform ID` it divides by the total Install Cohort (those with platform ID 30 AND 29) rather than just the filter (say 30) as the denominator.  What can I do to change this?
