You can always use the Sum(Number of Records) to know the number of rows in the chart For which you can create the separate sheet and place it on the dashboard with the same action and the filters applied to the same. This will provide you the exact count of rows which are there in the chart.

but the problem is that i am not able to make separate sheet with only one measure.
