Newbie question - Show dimension with maximum measure value

    Joel Toledo

      Hi all,

I am completely new to Tableau and am trying to figure out how to do something that I've been able to do in Excel. In an Excel pivot table, if I had two dimensions next to each other, I could filter the second dimension so that only the value with the highest sum for the measure would appear. For example, if this was the base view:

      Org ID

      ZipVolume
      A111114
      A222222
      B333332
      B444441
      C111115

      Applying the filter would show:

      Org IDZipVolume
      A111114
      B333332
      C111115

How do I go about doing this in Tableau? There is an added wrinkle that there is a third dimension, individual ID in the mix as well.

      Many thanks from a newbie!
