How to set a parameter to control (1 to many) fields ?

Dear all, i'd appreciate your time looking into this and letting me know if its possible in tableau,

basically i have the following table structure and its filled with customers with many different policies (1 to many):

      Cust            Policy

      --------------------------

          A               Y1

                           Y2

          B               T1

                           T2

                           T3

          C               V1

          D               B5

Task: Create a parameter to see list of records where (cust) has x number of (policy), in other terms i'd like to be able to see the customer with X number of policies using x as a parameter.

an example would be the following:

      if parameter x = 2

      Print:

      Field 1        Field 2

      --------------------------

          A               Y1

                           Y2

      -------------------------

      if parameter x = 3

      Print:

          B               T1

                           T2

                           T3

      ------------------------

i have considered count, group by etc but as u know, tableau calculated fields do not support all SQL functions. Thanks in advance!
