I've created a couple dynamic dimensions for my table that change according to what the user selects. When the user selects 'OVERVIEW' my table that looks like this:
However, when I select something else from the parameter, that only requires one dimension to be displayed, it looks like this:
What I would like is for VIEW 2 to be completely hidden from the table when anything other than OVERVIEW is selected in the parameter. My code for VIEW 2 is simply:
IF [View Parameter]="OVERVIEW" THEN [Original Result]
Is this something that can be done? Or will I have to create a seperate sheet for the Overview?
Not an ultimate solution, but you can get "Better" view with changing the formula as below.
IF [View Parameter]="OVERVIEW" THEN [Original Result] else " " END
IF [View Parameter]="OVERVIEW" THEN [Original Result] END
