    Importing and Visualizing Historical Weather Data

      I am working on a global warming project and I would like to map weather data and floods. The flood data can be mapped easily since we have the lat/lng coordinates.

       

      The weather data is from NOAA and it is in a format that I am not familiar with and that Tableau cannot read in directly (or seems it cannot). It is essentially temp, pressure, or humidity with lat/lng coordinates so it should be able to visualize easily. I googled the formats and Tableau but could not find anything, here are the formats, I am wondering if you could advise on what to do:
