Changing top filter should reset bottom filter

I'm currently working on a dashboard in Tableau Public that will have "select state" and "select city" cascading filters.  The idea is that the user will first select a state from a list of all states, then select a city from a list of cities in that state.  The issue occurs when the user selects a new state.

Currently, when the user changes the "select state" filter, the "select city" filter remains on the chosen city and the viz is blank as there is no data for a city within a state it is not actually in. Opening the "select city" filter show only relevant values for that state; selecting one of these options restores the viz.

What I'd like to happen is when the user changes the "select state" filter, the "select city" filter automatically reset to "all".

      I've attached a test workbook.

      Any ideas?
