I have two files. A TWE. and an excel file.
The excel file has all employees by location and their direct manager.
The TWE contains all employees who have completed their mandatory training. an employee can be listed multiple times for different training schedules they have to complete.
I would like to blend those two files to get a % of employees who have completed their training by location.
however, when i do this it filters out alot of my employees. what am in doing wrong?
Does your primary datasource (the first one you used on your view) have a full list of employees?
The blend won't add employees from the secondary datasource, so you have to use the full list first.
