I have a list of projects that produce benefits on a monthly basis, I want to be able to show the top 10 changes each month. In order to show the month over month changes I duplicated the 'benefits' measure and then for the duplication added a table calculation showing the difference along 'table across'. This way I could show the benefits and also the table calc (difference) in the same table. What I want to do now is just show the top 10 changes as currently I have over 1000 projects. I would also like to use the playback function so that as  it plays through the months it shows the top 10 changes for each month. Is this possible?

Just as an FYI, I only have Tableau 8.3 so if you are able to provide an example and can do it in this version I would be extremely grateful.

Thank you very much for your help, it is greatly appreciated.
