How to exclude elements from a percentage graph without changig the base of total??

      I need help.

I need to exclude some variables in a percentage graph, but considering all the variables. For example if I have in a graph 3 variables, A,B, and C in which the percentages of each are A=30%, B= 40% and C=30%, then if I exclude the variable B, I will have that A=50% and C=50%.. but I need to maintain the results A=30% and C=30%. So I need to show only A and B but counting A,B and C as the total..
        Is it posible??

      Thank you!
