I have seen an instance where the customer will believe the ODBC connection window is hung or unresponsive. The culprit was determined to be the Username and Password dialog box that was 'invisible' but present. Typing in <username>, hitting Tab, typing in <password> and hitting Enter (as if navigating with the keyboard without a mouse) was able to allow the Netsuite connection to be established successfully.
Thank John for the quick reply. Another thing I forgot to mention was that I am able to go to sheets and bring in fields even though I am getting this error. Now the issue is "limited functionality". While performing analysis I am coming across limitation errors every once in a while.
