When you get this message, are you logged into the system as another User?
From personal experience, this sounds like a permissions issue, but I am not a Server expert.
It might help for you to post this question in the Server Admin Community, as they are more experienced in this type of problem.
The forums here are a community that is mainly supported by volunteers. There are a few Tableau employees here that answer questions but this isn't really what I would consider an official support channel. If you need urgent assistance then you need to connect to your Tableau Customer Portal to submit a support ticket or else contact Tableau Support via email.
The error message pretty much says what the problem is: Permissions have been set that don't allow it to be viewed.
I have no idea what "liferay portal" is. Never heard of it. But if you're trying to use that in front of Tableau Server then there could be permission/authentication communication issues between the two. You'll probably need to look more into how this portal communicates with other software.
I am looking for ways to integrate tableau and liferay. How did you connect a workbook to liferay portal?
