The forums here are predominantly run by volunteers with only a few paid Tableau employees.  There are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of users here whose experience ranges from beginner to expert, so questions asked here are viewed by a lot of people -- which is why we ask that people use a descriptive subject line for their post and include a packaged workbook if possible.

Since you already have asked the question there is no need to ask it again (a double-post) or start another thread asking for help in the original thread.  People will help you if they can.  If you don't get a satisfactory answer then there is always Tableau Support for you to contact.
