You can either move Open Time off the Row Shelf and onto the Text card, or you can make a Calculated Field that is only two single quotes, and put that into the Text card.
But in general, if you build a crosstab -- the Abc will appear unless and until something is on the Text card.
Hi In your view select open time and uncheck show header.
drag open time into text.
now abc data will remove from view.

Create a calculated field with Blank space in codes like " " .
Drop the calculated field on text.
It helps in getting rid of the ABC placeholder. But the problem is it does not show the header of the pill that you want to display. The data will be shown but the header will be blank.

I created a Measure called INFO with "INFO" in it. That way, when I dropped it on the text block, it ended up putting the word INFO in that column/cell. This was useful as when the user hovers over that sell, A tooltip that presents all the data in the row, just as a tool tip - just a different visual aid.
