If the dashboards are all part of the same workbook, then you should be able to export all the dashboards as part of one pdf document. I don't think there's functionality enabled anywhere by default that allows you to combine dashboards from multiple workbooks.
For this screen that shows all of my items in my workbook, I don't see anywhere that will allow me to generate a PDF for all items.
I have to click on one and then it will give me an option for exporting. I select sheets in workbook thinking that's it, but it doesn't include any of the others. If I select "This Dashboard", it will put all worksheets in the specific dashboard into a PDF. I want to put all workbook items into a PDF as you described.
Use tabcmd and get all report pdfs.
Using software called PDFill (that's what I use, there maybe others...)
I can append the 3 separate files together (in my batch file) and then I have a PDF with only selected views, all automated. PDFill PDF Editor: PDF Batch Command Line

If you publish the workbook to "Show Sheets as Tabs", click the link to open the first page, then click to export to PDF-->Sheets in workbook, it should include all the pages.
If it is published on server you have to download it first
Open the workbook-- go to file -- Print to PDF--- Entire workbook-- landscape--- OK
This will save all your dashboards in single PDF
Nicole, is there a way to arrange the sheets so I can put them in a certain order in the PDF?
