I maybe wrong...
But I believe that's against Tableau licensing regulations, each end user needs their own named license.
You may wish to speak with your dedicated Account Manager...
Unless you have a Core License, then you can have Guest accounts

The forums are "staffed" mostly by volunteers and only a couple actual Tableau employees. If the situation is really urgent then please contact Tableau Support using your Customer Portal account:
Mark brings up a good point because using a single account could be a violation of your Server licensing agreement.
You are using AD (Active Directory) so you must add the user or group with the AD ID; an email address will not work.
email@example.com has to be a named Active Directory user. Based on your description, it sounds like this is a distribution group which won't work. You need to add each Active Directory account to Tableau.
A group is different to a distribution list / group though. It sounds like the op has a distribution list setup with an email attached and wants to add that to consume 1 Tableau license but be accessible by all 15 people within that distribution list / group.
We have a team in which different people are working in different Tableau reports. Tableau To allow each of these team member to publish and manage their reports in Tableau server we wanted to create a common log-in and share with the same. Presently the Tableau server is allowing only 10 users to be created but we have more than 10 members in our team.
As has already been explained, creating a generic login is against the license agreement.
Please contact your Tableau Account Manager for further clarification.
Thanks a lot for your valuable information.
