I do so with questions which you don't need to answer:
Was the data type Text?
Did you use a secondary data source (data blending)?
Did either column contain the value Null?

Actually I am new to Tableu. didn't get what u mean "data type test". I am using 3 data sources no null value in it.

I meant data type (text, number, date) of your columns in your max condition. If text, max will not necessarily return the greatest number, but instead the greatest alphanumerical code, that is, 9 is bigger alphanumerically than 100,000,000. If none of the two columns in the comparison are of the text type, then this isn't the reason.
I see you blend various data sources and therefore think that could be the reason. If you still need to make it work, please share your formula and emphasize which column is from primary and secondary source.
