      Position Summary
      A Software Engineer for Stanley Healthcare Solutions Business Intelligence team.


      • Developing advanced BI analytics and dashboards for Stanley Healthcare Solution products and customers using Tableau
      • Leading all development phases: design, deployment and testing.
      • Implementation at customer sites
      • Reporting to BI team leader
      Required Skills & Experience
      • A minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in business intelligence development OR a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.  Strong preference for BOTH the degree and minimum of 3 years of experience.
      • Strong technical skills desired
      • Experience with complex SQL and Database programming is required.
      • Personal skills: Excellent communication skills and strong customer facing abilities are required
      • Understand the business and customer needs
      • Team member 
      • Ready to Travel for on-site development, integration and support  (10% or less on average)
      • Experience and knowledge working with Tableau analytic - advantage
      Nonessential/Preferred Education, Skills & Experience
      • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems strongly preferred
      • Master’s degree preferred
