Make sure the Tableau Run As account has read write and execute (full) access to the mentioned directory on both machines. Also make sure it has access to the hidden tableau directory in ProgramData folder.
I see you are new to the forums, it's worth taking a look at teh following two pages if you've not seen them already:
Hi ladishlav. Does it mean I can't use local account to run the Tableau Server?
No, as per the online documentation:
1) all computers in a cluster must be members of the same domain, and
2) the server's Run As User account, which is specified on the primary Tableau Server, must be a domain account in this same domain.
3) The Run As User account needs permissions that allow it to read, execute, and sometimes modify files. Depending on the account you used as a starting point, it may already have the correct permissions. Any time you change the server's Run As account you should confirm that it meets the following requirements. If you're running a distributed installation, this applies to both the primary and workers.
Here is a link with the access rights you should confirm for the run-as account: http://onlinehelp.tableausoftware.com/current/server/en-us/help.htm#runas_confirm.htm
Hope this helps!
