I have recently switched from using Tableau desktop on a laptop, to using it on a desktop PC with four monitors.
On this computer the rendering of my map sheets does not work correctly. The colours are often changed and the borders blurry.
Interestingly, when I select the data points it renders them correctly.
The attached image shows the incorrect rendering, compared to the correct rendering.
Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this or how to fix it?
It's probably a graphics card issue. Try turning the graphic accelerator off:
See if that helps. Also update your driver. Also contact support to see if they have any info on your graphics card and drivers.
