Khoa, if your data source supports RAWSQL then this formula will work:
"Orders = " + RAWSQL_STR("FORMAT(%1,'#,##0.00')",SUM([Profit]) ) + "
" + " Revenue = " +
I added a line break so the labels stack. It'll look something like this:

Thinking about this more, there's a much better simpler solution. Put both your fields on the label shelf, then edit the label. The label text box will look like this:
Orders = <SUM(Profit)>
Revenue = <SUM(Sales)>
And the viz will look like this:
The formatting is now whatever you've set the default formatting to. Since it's NOT going through a calculated field, the format is maintained.
