Company seeks Marketing Analytics Manager to be responsible for driving fact-based decision making to support marketing efforts. Reporting to the SVP of Digital Marketing, the Marketing Analytics Manager will collaborate with internal marketing teams and business units to create and execute reports and analyses that help business units meets revenue and profitability goals. This is a hands-on, onsite, contract-to-hire job that requires strong business acumen as well as a wide breadth of analytical skills to work with diverse databases, reporting tools, and CRM applications.
Desired Skills and Experience Preferred Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, Economics Minimum Experience: Five years of relevant experience managing marketing performance. Data analysis, program evaluation and project management experience required Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM system Strong knowledge of database management principles Must understand general marketing and sales concepts Market research experience – primary and secondary Experience with data query and reporting tools, statistical programs such as business intelligence tools, Excel charting, Tableau or similar data analysis tools Preferred Experience: Marketing CRM systems implementation experience preferred, particularly with SalesForce.com, Tableau, ClickView Knowledge of Master Data Management principles a plus Sound understanding of statistics
