I used the custom SQL to generate the data connection ( a union query which combines three tables) . The join clause is not what we want in this situation. So after we union the tables, one common field in three tables becomes duplicate, which is a filter in our report. So how to solve this problem when keeping this data connection?
( the field is 'market 'which contains 100 different markets in total)
I'm not certain I'm clear on what the duplication is. Is it that the field is duplicated so that now you have 2 or 3 duplicated columns, each having the same "market"? Or is it that you have duplicate rows based on this field in some way?
