    Multi-Source Waterfall

    Ryan Milanowski

      Hello all,

I’m working on a waterfall chart with a few differences from normal.  I’m having some difficulties with getting my data to work together properly.  I’ll attach the packaged workbook to see if it helps any.

My issue is that I am trying to have the base value and the subsequent value changes from different sources.  Namely, I’ve got a metric on one table and the proposed improvements to that metric on another table.

I’d like to be able to choose a quarter, have the current FPM metric value as my starting point and have the FPM Impact be my changes to the overall value.

Ex. I’d like to choose Q3 2014, have my starting FPM bar be 1.2, and have -.01013 be my drop for the next quarter.

      Any recommendations?
