Do you mean the capability of writing values to the database? Out-of-the-box: no. It's designed as a data visualization / analysis platform not a UI for updating values in the data source.
However, there are a coupe of ways you could accomplish this that I can think of:
- Call a custom web page (such as php or .NET) using a URL action, passing parameters that indicate what should be updated, and have that page perform the update via custom code.
- Use the RAWSQL functions to invoke a stored function in the data source to update data in the database.
What specifically are you trying to accomplish?
