Different formatting on date parameter on Desktop and Server

I have a workbook with a date-parameter. I want the customer to choose which date to calculate on. The parameter is set to choose the first date in the month chosen by the customer (Step size 1 months in Parameter properties).

      This works fine in Dekstop:

When choosing 13. February in the calendar the date is set to 01.02.2014 (01 february 2014).

When choosing 10. February in the calendar the date is set to 01.02.2014 (01 february 2014).

When choosing 20.February in the calender the date is set to 01.02.2014 (01 february 2014)

However, when published to the server we experience a problem with the date format.

When choosing 13. February in the calendar the date is set to 01.02.2014 (01 february 2014).

When choosing 10. February in the calendar the date is set to 01.10.2014 (01 october 2014).

When choosing 20.February in the calender the date is set to 01.03.2014 (01 march 2014)

The format on the parameter is set to (all date fields in the workbook is set to this format):

      14.03.2001

The Language and Locale on the server is set to:

      Language: English

      Locale: Norwegian

Any tips to solve this issue?
