Hi All
I'm fairly new to Tableau and having difficulty doing a rolling WOW comparison for some metrics..
I am trying to calculate the weekly % difference for some KPIs, and I want to only show the current timeframe relative to the last week (without having to show the previous week's data). I set up the attached chart that hides the previous weeks' data and shows the metrics for the current week vs last week... but the problem is when I change the date range this no longer works.
What I want to show is dynamically calculate the current timeframe vs prior week for any time selected.

See if any of these threads will help guide you in the right direction. This is a pretty common scenario people run into. You can use a table calculation filter to "hide" data without impacting results, because table calculations are evaluated after all the data is pulled into Tableau.
