      Dear All,

      Let me first Introduce,

My self I m Senior developer & team lead in .net. I m working last 7 year on MIS , Planing Budgeting kind of applications in an NBFC  so develop an interest in data analysis as my Domain to grow with I m not sure weather I should or not, For me, I think its natural progression Now my encounter with tableau I came to know about as my company is in process of evaluation BI solutions since last 6 Month I'm working on PoC of Tableau  I have develop around 70 worksheet and 10 dashboard all by my own I liked the product. My Academics are worst.

      Now my Questions:

      1) Should I switch from development to data analysis ?

      2) Is Tableau is good point to start with ?

      3) What should be my path of growth ?

      Thanks & Regards
