I suspect that you're looking for something different from your original question. Quantiles are an even distribution of the data, so for quartiles there will be 1200 records each. If you're looking for something like what is the revenue for the 75th percentile, or how much revenue comes from records in the 75th to 100th percentile, that requires a different route and you'll need to give us some more details.
Can't speak for Kate, but I know this is what I am looking for: A way to aggregate values of one measure across percentiles based upon another measure, preferably in a way where the percentile groupings can change dynamically based upon a parameter. Does the new percentile function in 8.1 make this any easier of a task?
