How to create a scorecard showing shapes based on several KPI

    Benjamin Thomas

      Hi,

      I have a Scorecard for 2 teams (Tier 1 and Tier 2).

Each KPI has a different target.

Each team have the same KPI but with different target.

Bellow a list of the KPI:

      AVG(Time To Resolve)

      AVG(Time to original close)

      AVG(Time to close)

      SUM(Hours worked)

      AVG(Initial Response)

The scorecard will display each KPI for each team for each month.

For each of them I would like to have a shape or a background color for the cell that shows if the KPI is off target (RED), close to target (YELLOW) or on target (GREEN).

My problem is that when I had add shapes, I can only set them depending on one KPI (AVG(Time to close)).

The shapes for the other KPI don't show the status of that KPI but of the set KPI (AVG(Time to close)).

      Can you help me ?
