I saw a thread recently with the same question, but I cannot find it now. It is possible that your screen resolution is truncating the ODBC option -- but also likely is that this is an issue for some users in 8.1. I'd make sure you have the latest build (just download from the large orange "Free Trial" rectangle -- it'll keep your licensing info) and if the issue is still there, open a support ticket with tech support.
Joshua, Thanks for the suggestions…I tried looking at the reinstall and it doesn’t appear. I have a very fine resolution on my displays here and see space at the bottom of the list. Most likely it was something they changed and call something else now.
