There may be an easier, more straightforward way of doing this, but this is how I've gone about similar situations in the past. Create two variables. The first should look like this:
IF [TotalHours]>0 THEN [TimeCardDate]
Let's call that first variable [Worked]. The second variable should look like this:
You can essentially set that first variable to whatever you want, it doesn't have to be the Date. It could even be a 1 if the Total Hours are greater than 0. Hopefully this is helpful!
Thanks Caitlin. It sounded perfect, but now the system won't let me get an average out of the second variable (COUNT([Worked])).

Are you looking to get average days worked? If so, you can create a variable that is COUNT([Worked])/COUNT([TimeCardDate]) to get an average. Otherwise, if there is something else you are trying to do and you want further help, let me know.
