View multiple datasources in the same chart - with aggregation turned off

I'm having trouble keeping the aggregation turned off when I'm using data from more than one source in the same chart. I want to have a scatter plot show all the individual records from two different surveys, with color coding to indicate which survey a particular point is from. I mocked up an example (attached) using the superstore datasets. I can display the disaggregated data from the first source, but I can't keep tableau from summing the data from the second source, even when I turn off data aggregation for both. You can see this in the different scales of both Y-axes as well as the smaller number of orange points. Does anyone have any idea if this can be fixed?
