    Clearing Alerts in 8.1.1

      Hello, I was wondering if anyone that is using 8.1.1 has tried to clear Alerts from the server page, as Admin?  These are the alerts that you now get when extracts fail.  It looks like they do not get cleared daily.

          I believe they go away after you view them, or perhaps it is when the extract successfully refreshes thereafter or the problem is resolved.  I know I had a couple, and they went away after fixing the issue and the refreshes ran successfully.

           

          Also, they only show up for Admin accounts, I believe--so your users won't see the alerts (at least I believe that to be true)

            Thanks for the feedback - I have some folks who are a bit lax when it

            comes to cleaning up ad-hocs that may fail; but I suppose this will aid in

            monitoring their actions.
