Displaying multiple rows in the whorksheet

    Sandra Perez

      Hello all,

At the moment tableau is combining two rows with same information in only one so you need to look for a unique field if you want to display both data in my worksheet. Does anybody know if there's a way to change this configuration?

      Here I'm showing an example.

This is what tableau is doing:

      ADDRESS3CARRIERNAMECONSIGNMENTIDCONSIGNMENTVALUECOUNTRYCUSTOMEREMAILIDCUSTOMERNAMEORDERNUMBERPARCEL_STATUSPARCELNUMBER
      PEREZSEUR19852412397Portugal1234@GMAIL.COMMS Perez7650013756671234Misroute210884123

This is what I'd look like

      ADDRESS3CARRIERNAMECOUNTRYCUSTOMEREMAILIDCUSTOMERNAMEGUARANTEEDDELIVERYDATETIMEORDERNUMBERPARCEL_STATUSPARCELCODECONSIGNMENTIDCONSIGNMENTVALUEPARCELNUMBERPARCELSTATUSIDRETAILERID

Thank you very much in advance

Message was edited by: Sandra Perez Hi Eric, Thank you for your advice. I'm attaching both the workbook and the datasource. As you can see in the datasource I have 20 rows but tableau is only displayng 7 of them because the rest have duplicated information. I'd like to keep all the rows. However, when I'm counting how many rows have PARCEL_STATUS= Misroute I'm getting 20. Do you understand better what I'm trying to do? Thanks again.
