No, not really. Whichever data source you "use first" in a view (by dragging in a field) becomes Primary. There's no way to "swap" afterwards except start again and drag a field from the OTHER data source first.
This may not be a feature available to users, but Tableau software can and has changed my primary data source of its own accord.
After adding fields to a table within SQL Server and then refreshing, most of my worksheets have had the primary data source to an unrelated data source.
I will try to look forward to the next 4-5 days, rebuilding each worksheet and reformatting all fonts and hope this doesn't happen again!
