Hey Matt -
I see you've already opened up a support case, which was the smartest thing to do. If you're interested, there is a group of people talking about the same issue over here:
A couple of them seem to have resolved this by doing a "full" uninstall (not just uninstalling the product, but removing certain folders too), then reinstalling and restoring a backup.
