What are you trying to do with this?
If you are OK with using a Single-Select type of filter, a parameter can be used in place of a filter. I've set an example up in the attached.
Let me know if you have questions about the parameter setup. You first create the parameter, then a calculated field must be created to leverage the parameter. I eliminated any unneeded fields so it would be easier to see what I've done.
If this won't work, provide some more detail about what you are trying to accomplish and why. If you are trying to make Filter Selections clearer to end users, there are other methods for doing this. Might wanna look at this thread as well:
